I've started this blog to keep a journal and pictures of my gardens journey. I love to garden and recently have taken up photography. I am by no means a horticulture smartypants and take a casual approach to gardening. Most of my pictures are taken in my garden as I tend to be a homebody. Thanks for stopping by! With such a beautiful subject I'm surprised you want to do anything but take photos. He really is a lovely boy.

Thanks Judith,Alice and Wendy. He is such a ham! I find that kids just love having their pictures taken. Very few adults are willing subjects. I only used candle light for this picture. I love the soft quality of it.
Hi Tami, that is what I understand too. I have been reading alot about it on the internet and like the fact that you have more control over the final result. I've seen lots of photographers that shoot in RAW and love their pictures. Being new to this hobby, I am just soaking up as much information as possible. I really wish there were more photography courses in my area!!
