very striking.
They don't die with snow on it?
They are dead Sonia, I just haven't deadheaded them yet. I leave them on for awhile because I think they are pretty.
Lovely photos of your -7 degree frosts - brrr. It's been crazy weather here this week - it was only 14 degrees on Tuesday and 28 on Thursday. We have the World Champions Trophy Hockey (field) Tournament on in Canberra this week. We were rugged up like Eskimoes on Tuesday and in skimpy tops yesterday.
Beautiful! It looks like a little winter parasol for the little frost faries. I loved my hydranga hedge. The flowers were just as intesting dead as alive.
