Such a sweet effect with the Holga but this is a neat little shot anyway. I like how those weeping trees have brushed off the snow.

Very nice, almost monochromatic photo except for the yellow willows. Interesting that they are colored so vividly; the absence of color except for the touch of blue must accentuate what color there is. The trees are a little too centered for my taste but a nice photo anyway.

Hi Sandy, Thank you so much for leaving a commment on my Shutterchance site. Good guess that I live close to where you are! Coincidentally, I have a photo entitled 'Three Trees' as well. Yours is beautiful! Bracing myself for tonights storm and, who knows, we may have a white christmas this year but quite possibly no power...black and white. Ha! How about that, a yin yang holiday season. All the best to you, Sandy. Stay warm.

Ki-I totally agree with the trees being too centered. I still haven't figured out the distance thing with the holga. I should have got in closer too. I'll figure it out sooner or later:). I took my son and his friend tobogganing and the yellow from those willows was just so vivid that it begged to have their picture taken.

Your Holga shots always have a charm to them. The snow exposed nicely, too!

We probably won't see even half that amount of snow this year. We're still very warm here.

I like the way this shot looks. I was going to ask if the trees were willows, but what would they be on Willow Point!
