Things I know for sure
1. Don't cone a friends ears while drinking pomtini's and copious amounts of red wine. Danger...danger. A human candle is never attractive.
2. New toothpaste flip tops are bad. They are great for relish and ketchup but not toothpaste.
3. Never assume anything. Ever.
4. Even after not skiing for 22 years, it is still alot of fun.
5. The past is better forgotten at Christmas dinners. Lots of wine and past wrongs are never a good combination.
6. Ebay is a dangerous place. Temptations are too great.
7. People who never open their blinds are best left alone. I've analized this. Trust me.
8. January is one of my favorite months. It's like a fresh page in a new book or a new roll of film.
With that said, may everyone have a wonderful 2007. Cheers:)

Merry Christmas Everyone!
Well it's finally Christmas Eve. The storm we have been warned about is now at our doorsteps. The power has been off and it has now flicked backed on. Hopefully not to go out again. My neighbor is using my oven for one of two turkeys she is having for dinner tonight. If all goes well it can fiinsh cooking and not have to be put on the bbq. No use in sweating the small stuff. As long as there is wine to drink everybody will be happy.
So Merry Christmas and best wishes to everyone. Cheers!

Weather Event
We are expecting a nasty storm this evening. The worst of three we have had this week. I am not talking about a bit of rain and wind. These are damaging winds to speeds of anywhere between 60 to 110 k. The kind of winds where huge trees come crashing down on houses. On top of that, the rain we were expecting has turned to snow. Some areas have been without power for days and they could still be without until Wednesday or Thursday of next week. If this is the beginning of global warming I have to admit it's getting abit scary. These record breaking storms are coming one after another at alarming force. I hope everyone fairs okay.
