I've started this blog to keep a journal and pictures of my gardens journey. I love to garden and recently have taken up photography. I am by no means a horticulture smartypants and take a casual approach to gardening. Most of my pictures are taken in my garden as I tend to be a homebody. Thanks for stopping by! I tease my husband about these shades on a regular basis. He has had them for probably fifteen years. I tell the guy he looks nerdy but he just can't part with them. They sit on his nose (which has been broken numerous times) better than any others he tries on. This shot reminds me of how stubborn the man can be:).
I see determination, but I'll take the better half's word that it's subborness!
He's had those shades for 15 years? My husband can't keep a pair for 3 months before he loses them.

Hey, don't knock the shades! He looks pretty cool in them! I have a pair of shades that I've had for about 5 years. I wouldn't dare part with them. Now, like Micki's husband, my wife can't keep a pair for 3 months. They always get lost. I told her that she needs a sunglass dispenser! ;-)
