Sponge Bob rocks in our house. We are now back to reality with work, school, hockey, piano etc, etc. It's nice to kick back for a half hour, relax and have a chuckle or two.
After having the summer off, it's been a long week for the boy and I. Having to set the alarm and to have to be places on time. Ahhhhh.... the days of summer are behind us now.
You have a nice room here, very inviting. My boys went back to school on 16th of August so I know the feeling. Weeks are busy so we all appreciate a day just to relax.
I've started this blog to keep a journal and pictures of my gardens journey. I love to garden and recently have taken up photography. I am by no means a horticulture smartypants and take a casual approach to gardening. Most of my pictures are taken in my garden as I tend to be a homebody. Thanks for stopping by! Arts and crafts cottage?? Beautiful!
I have two grandsons--I know SBSP very well.
I love the soothing ochre of this room. Very rich. A chuckle or two makes life worth living. Good for you and the boy.
Sandy,
Are you back to work now?
I can imagine how hard it would be to go back after having an entire summer off.
I hope you both have a very successful and happy year. Oh, same to hubby, too.
Sorry your summer is ending, glad you could take the time and relax though! Your home looks so warm and comfy, beautiful!!!
I like your photos, specially those from your garden... I'll get back!

Ah, Sponge Bob. You had me at "I'm ready! I'm ready!"
I'm sort of a Spongebob-Squidward blend on personality, with Patrick's physical charisma thrown in for good measure.
And I can sing the entire theme song. This is handy for impressing guests at birthday parties. Well, some birthday parties.
Spongebob, ha! But nothing compares to Elmo. *pouts*. Very large and *nice* living room, by the way. =)
Dave-Canucks and his grandpa just bought him a Maple Leaf jersey:)
sandy-Very much so:)
Zoey-Yes back to reality now!
Alice-Thank you and same goes for you!
Wendy-We haven't done it yet but will do that soon. We have been so busy doing outside stuff.

Xris-How could one not be impressed by that!
