I realize the majority of people prefer colored photographs of flowers. I think some just look classic in b/w. This is originally a yellow allium.
Taken with Nikon D70S with Tamron 90mm macro lense.
I have posted different shots of these in the past but I liked so many shots from this shoot.
I love B&W flower shots and this is no exception...amazing!
Both are beautiful photos Sandy!
This one is my favorite b&w flower shot of yours! What a great image!
Wow! This is STUNNING, very classic! How did you get the background such a rich black? Back ground cloth?
Tami, I used a silk scarf I have:)
It is indeed lovely!
I like the B and W also. Much more calming.
I love the B & W because it's all about the subject. This fits perfectly. Lovely!
GREAT b & w! Nice and sharp.
Usually I don't like nature shots, specially the ones of flowers, in black and white but in this case I will make an exception. Great shot
Fabulous shot. The compositional swirl to the left and then explosive pop to the right is just great.
Marvelous. Frame worthy for sure.
