I've started this blog to keep a journal and pictures of my gardens journey. I love to garden and recently have taken up photography. I am by no means a horticulture smartypants and take a casual approach to gardening. Most of my pictures are taken in my garden as I tend to be a homebody. Thanks for stopping by! If I had a view like that from a kitchen window seat - I would never move. Your garden is so lovely and everytime I see photos I make a mental note to plant more and get rid of ugly gaps.
I love the greeness of your garden. It looks so cool - is it having that affect? I guess the nearby lake would help keep you a bit cooler in the summer heatwaves.
Alice-My garden does feel cool in the hot weather. We have also been going to the ocean everyday. The weather has cooled abit now and it feels great. It was just too hot last week!
