Your garden looks great in August!
If only my garden looked like that in the third month of summer. Not a chance!!
That looks *so* much better than my garden. Just lovely.
Sandy everything so green and LUSH must be that ocean air! You have a new look and name to your blog since I was here last.. nice. :)
micki and otto-Thanks!
alice-I offered up my garden for wedding pictures on August 26th. What was I thinking....
Kellibean-I would love to drink some wine and kick your butt at badminton. Now that I know that you get quite competitive...it is so much fun to beat you!!!
your garden is just beautiful
Wedding photos in your garden would be fabulous! How generous you are. Your garden looks beautiful no matter what month. I like the angle of the shot, seeing a little bit of house makes me want to see more and more.
Sandy, you have far and away the most beautiful garden. I just sat down with my husband and went back through your archives and showed him about 30 photographs, and we were both ooh-ing and ahh-ing. Now he wants me to take gardening lessons from you. lol! :) I really wish I could! By the way, what is the red plant you're growing that looks like a ground cover? It looks so nice mixed in with all the green shrubbery.
Thanks Judith! The red plant is barberry. It comes in different varieties. There are also some nice yellow ones.
