I've started this blog to keep a journal and pictures of my gardens journey. I love to garden and recently have taken up photography. Again Sandy, great light! I am not familiar w/ this plant but I do remember the "Harmonic Concordence" being referred to as Soloman Seal. Ho Hum, I'll have to do a bit o research...
Reminds me of my favorite flower "Lily of the Valley"
The latin name for this plant is Polygonatum commutatum. I adore this plant!

The contrast in textures and but consistant color tone is out standing!! Awesome!
What beautiful backlighting on this shot, all three are lovely, but I especially liked the glow on this one.
Love the way the light travels through the leaf. You have certainly captured that. Your macro is incredible. I aim to get a camera like yours next year in Jan.
