I've started this blog to keep a journal and pictures of my gardens journey. I love to garden and recently have taken up photography. I am by no means a horticulture smartypants and take a casual approach to gardening. Most of my pictures are taken in my garden as I tend to be a homebody. Thanks for stopping by! What is this species?
Hi Sonia, this is a japanese anemone.
I like this too & was going to ask, but Sonia beat me to it. Very nice.
Things look so different up close. I've seen Japanese Anemone seed heads before but never noticed the detail as in your photo.
