Way to go, Hubby!
And to continue our discussion here at your place, winter's depressing for me because there's always a few weeks when I can't do anything in the garden, which sends me into withdrawal. Oh, and those long nights and short days.

I find those days perfect for reading the Heronswood Nursery catalogue. Dan Hinkley is my garden guru.

Beautiful roses, and autumn leaves. Where does the Heronswood Nursery Catalogue come from, Sandy?

The catalogue comes for Kingston Washington. The website is www.heronswood.com. It is a great website for new and unusual plants. Check it out! It is my favorite. Another great website for perennials is perennials.com. Lots of great information.
