Looks like paradise. How old are your gardens, Sandy?

The garden closest to the house will be four years old this fall. The one farthest away is 3years old the one to the left is three and the one down by the Gunnera is two this fall.

Sandy, you are an artist with plants and with the camera! Do you have formal art training or does the sense of composition, positive and negative space, colour (or lack of it), etc. just come naturally?

Your gardens look like they took 30 years to get there, by the way.

Hi Sabine,
No I don't have any formal training,I just have been doing it for along time. This is my fifth garden and my favorite. My dad is very artistic,I think I get it from him. I never realized I was artistic until I started this blog. People seem to really like my garden and pictures. I never really thought about it before. Go figure!!!
