I've started this blog to keep a journal and pictures of my gardens journey. I love to garden and recently have taken up photography. I am by no means a horticulture smartypants and take a casual approach to gardening. Most of my pictures are taken in my garden as I tend to be a homebody. Thanks for stopping by! This is one of my favorite ways to have halibut. The bottom layer is maple mashed yams (mashed with olive oil, orange juice and maple syrup), then a layer of wilted spinach drizzled with sesame oil. Then fresh halibut marinaded in olive oil and fresh thyme and then baked. Topped with fresh spicy cherry tomato sauce and cilantro. Yummy!!!
