I've started this blog to keep a journal and pictures of my gardens journey. I love to garden and recently have taken up photography. Mark thinks it is a PHILLY(Philadelphia) CHEESE STEAK SANDWITCH. Cheese (maybe cream cheese), peppers, bun, sliced steak. Yummmmmmmmmmmm
Not cream cheese. Even worse. They use (shudder) processed cheese. Slices of beef, cooked with onions, then put on a bun and then they pour melted processed cheese on it.
Some people seem to love it.

And allow me to Thank the Citizens of Canada. Our dear prezeedent needs lessons in manners. Of course, lessons probably wouldn't work.....
sigh...
I think cheese steak is a Philly steak sandwich. If made properly, they are very, very good.
